Gas pump didn't work right and my debit card was hit twice with 2 differant amounts. Can't talk to a human with customer service so did their email complaint got no response and git to refund of any kind. The lady running register was rude. I am fed up with this Casey's General Store. Everytime we order something from them they either cannot make the complete order because they are out of an ingredient or they just do not make it correctly. In our last order we received our Taco Pizza missing the refried beans, salsa and taco chips. All the ingredients that make a Taco Pizza. When we called they just said sorry we are busy. I have also frequented this establishment in the mornings and find that there is no customer service skills being utilized by even the Manager that works the morning.
