I go here almost daily and the last several times there's been no hot foods available around 5:30pm. Today I went in and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while Beth completely ignored me while making pizzas. I finally had to walk over by the oven and asked if any pizzas were coming out? She interrupted me and yelled, "NO and it'll be 1 1/2 or 2 hours!!" There was no eye contact made, no apology. Just a rude and nasty attitude. If you hate life and your job so much, I suggest not working in customer service! 08/30/2023 - Went in just after 6am to get breakfast after a long shift and there was nothing. No donut selection, no breakfast pizza, no hashbrowns. Only 2 sandwiches, 2 biscuits and gravy, and 2 breakfast bowls or whatever they're called. I'm not sure why this store has so many problems.

Place is always dirty. Floors needed to be moped, floors need swept, and the restroom smells like urine all the time.

The female employee working the cashier register closest to the door was very friendly and nice. I went there on Dec 18th at 8:10am to get breakfast pizza and vuse alto pods. It’s very rare finding employees with any sense of work ethic or customer service so I feel as if this employee should be recognized and appreciated. It’s so common to get bad customer service anymore, I will definitely return to this Casey’s location more often
Never ever will I buy gas here again. Ran my card twice and my wife's card twice at the pump. Turns out the pump wasn't working. EMPLOYEES knew this. Never put anything out that pump was bad. Waste of time and temporary charges of $80 ($20) for every time card is ran. Good Job Manager. How many other people tried using this.

The store had a steady flow of costumers the service was prompt but not friendly. But it was an older gentleman so maybe he was not having a good day so far. I'll go back because it's convenient for me when I'm going that direction. A simple hello and a smile goes a long way when your taking my money. Take pride in your job no matter what the job is. Have a great day.

Drive through CarWash... Don't Waist Your Money! We took our van through it and all it did was remove part of the dust (not all). All the "Bird and bug stains were still on the windows when done!" Unfortunately, I waisted $11 on something I could have done for free with a water hose at home. Goto StuJos instead. There you can do it yourself for $8 and have an excellent job that lasts for weeks.
We have gone to the caseys on Iron for years for pizza at least once a week being we live a block away. In the last few months the service and pizza have gotten worse and worse. Its always a gamble these days. We just used our app to call in an order. It said it would be resdy in 45 min which would be about 8: 50. At 40 min I called to see if it was about ready bc i know some times they run a little late. 1st off the lady was very rude just bc i asked if it was almost done.Then she said she just put it in the oven, and it would be done about 915 or 930. So now she added another 30 to 40 minutes to a pizza thats already in the oven. I have been there when they messed up my pizza, and had to wait for one start to finish. It took less than 15 min. So this lady planned on leaving the pizza sit out for at least 15 to 20 min before she got it in the box. I keep going back hoping I get that great caseys pizza my whole family used to love, but am constantly disappointed. The pizza quality, pizza cooks, and service have all gone very far down hill.

I did not get waited on right away for a sandwich. The only one cashier and when he got done with his customers he went and got the guy for making sandwiches. The guy finally got there to make the sandwich. He was pleasant but I don't know where he was. The other guy running the register said he was in the bathroom. I had to wait about 5 to 8 minutes or more. They need more than just one cashier and one person in the kitchen in the afternoon. Or early evening I guess. Also they need to do something with their district manager Angie. When they had Deb it was wonderful. Way too much turnover at all these stores. You would think corporate would want to know why. So very sad.
Bad customer service at this location for pizza! Employee with no name tag full beard and wearing a ball cap with fishing hook on it . This guy needs training on customer service. Tried to ignore me when I arrived to pick up my pizza He was standing behind the pizza counter . He looked at me and then looked down . Knowing I was there to be helped he just stood there. he then waited till I moved over to the register because he refused to acknowledge me or help me . He then came forward to say he could help someone knowing I was there for that help and now in the register line . When I confronted him on his little power trip he ignored me calling him out . Casey's do your customers a service train him in customer service or replace him .
