Probably the worst dining out experience in my entire adult life. Congratulations!
More than half of the menu was sold out. The waiter didn't even know what you could order so we ordered three times until it was possible to cook what we asked for.
The sea bream was overgrilled and therefore dry, the skin was carbonised, very hard to peel.
The monkfish rice was disgusting, I really think that it is impossible to make such a bad dish without the intention of making it purposely bad. So the cook may actually want to sabotage the place... Probably is fairly paid... There were areas of the rice coagulated with sea food paste, excessively salty, there were mussels and cockles on the rice, not because it is part of the recipe, but as a very bad attempt of camouflaging the monk fish taste.. because it was totally off, tasted like amonia and was brown.
The meat was chewy and presentation wise there was a half a pineapple slice with two small shrimps.. The special sauce was coagulated, tasted sour.
I'm actually surprised no one got food poisoning from this experience.
We were the last on the restaurant and the kitchen was without work. still it took one hour for this chef's specialties to appear before our eyes.
The waiters were visibly distressed about what they were bringing to the table, so I would assume that this is a recurring experience.
I hope this place goes bankrupt and the hordes of people with no taste buds that still attend can actually taste what they're being served!

A very traditional restaurant with tradition food also a lot of locals(a good sign) the food was very good but we came in at a very busy time and they forgot about us it took like 20 min before we got the menu and also when we ordered we had to ask for a lot of thing they forgot about for example the brought the bread but not the butter and then the food came but no drink were served yet also my we order fries for the little one and the mayo and ketchup came 5 min after. Can't blame the girl that was there she was mostly by herself with so many tables to serve.

It has changed from previous years food had no flavor family of 6 I had order Sardines and was very disappointing. Waiter was busy asked twice for 2 items he forgot to bring it. I literally had to walk up to him and him. Secretos was over cooked the meat felt like Ruber. Also they’re not taking credit card or MB cards.

Don’t waste time and money here. More than 1 hour waiting for a simple grilled squid dish.
A lot of people were also complaining about the same thing and some left after almost 2h waiting .

Horrible… don’t waist your time. They call “caldeirada de bacalhau(cod fish stew) ,something that’s really a “caldeirada de batata” which means a bunch of cooked potatoes with a little bit of cod fish on top.

bad service und we waited 1h for the food. The sardines come with inner organs are really not recommendable. The octopus was ok. But service doesn't ask for drink order and doesn't come to the table to pick the plates etc. Dont go
