Never disappoints carnitas on point had the dinner hand made tortillas. Service quick and Benita y Yulissa very prompt and very polite owner should be proud of this staff! Only thing need was some desert options or mexican candy. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was not enjoyed like me and my my family expected, it gave off a poor experience, i will continue to go to the only og location in melrose park they treat the customer with the upmost respect ,but when i first ordered i asked for and paid for two pounds of carnitas and three packs of tortillas and cebollitas, i get home and we get ready to eat to find out i only was given two packs of tortillas cebollitas and one pound of skin or something else they must offer, i go back and take the one pound of skin and receipt tell the cashier and he gives me his doubt and keeps rambling on about how it made no sense everybody looking at me like im the problem when i just wanted my order to be corrected! He hands me the food and continued about his doubt so i tell him if hes going to make a big deal about a mistake he shouldve checked the food himself before handed it to me and he got upset and went on to tell me to check my own order before leaving, which made the entire situation so embarrassing all i wanted was the order i placed and paid for is that too much to ask for? I used to pick up food here during the week daily but this might be the last time I go.the food is good but they have decreased the portions by alot and changed the drink sizes so the large is smaller than before and they give out fewer salsas worst of all I called on the phone to get my daily small broth of consome then when I went to pick it up I noticed that it’s really really small compared to the usual small size I order so I asked the lady why the portion is soo small than she proceeded to tell me they only serve it on the weekends and that’s all they would give me today it would have been nice to know on the phone 😑 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
