I ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich for 89 pesos minus 15 percent discount for using my sams club card so it was 75 pesos. The cashier made a mistake because she charged me.for extra cheese instead of changing the cheese from.swiss to American. It was very cold. They said the heat was broken. Bathrooms are very clean and the restaurant is always clean and they always ask you if you need anything else. My wife ordered the famous combo for 119 pesos. Food was delicious.

My family and I have visited a handful of times and as of yet we have always had a good experience. The food is always delicious, the staff is very friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. We can rely on having a good meal when we want something quick and tasty. Good, I would dare to say the best fast food chain burgers store. Tried the breakfast cheese and bacon sandwich combo a few days ago and honestly, it wasn't bad but also wasn't quite good. The hash browns seemed to be the best of it. The coffee.. despite it was Punta del Cielo, clearly tasted that was the previous day coffee, just reheated. Not good guys Still on the opinion that the best of Carl's Jr are the hamburgers 🍔.

Food was cold and soda was absolutely flat. Waited in drive through for 25 minutes from the time I ordered til they gave me my cold horrible food. Was pretty upset considering it cost over 20$ for wife, kid and myself. 2 western burgers and a chicken nugget kids meal that didn't even come with a toy. Sad.

I tried to order a chicken sandwich like I want it , without few ingredients, so I was asking what the ingredients were in a hamburguer meal and the lady over the counter kept asking "what meal number do you want", looks like they don't want to make the hamburger as you like it.
