They charged me double for my food and when I ask for a solution they told me I'll have to contact my bank. Also my order was wrong, they give me a plain hamburger and I didn't ask for that so I end up waiting for almost 40min to get my food. Pleaseee train your staff. There was a long line at 12pm. It took a while to make our orders but once we made them it was a quick service and food was good as expected. Your regular Classic Carl's Jr Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $100–200

Food was like all Carl's Jr , but Bad service. The manager in turn was rude. How is it possible that they don't want to offer barbecue sauce in Carl's Jr just because they ran out of plastic containers?. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Carls jr in mexico is the better choice when it comes to fast food burger places. It's the most authentic to the American version in my opinion.

Maybe it is because of the pandemic, but burgers are just ok. They seem rushed....and I know how good they can be..
