I like to bring my daughter in here to play while we have a meal especially in the winter. The playroom is not the cleanest. However I went on Monday and they have scrubbed the floor. It looks much better. Cleanliness is super important. I met the new manager which I thought was cool. He even asked what they could improve on and I gave him some feedback which he took very well. So I'm assuming the new management has made some improvements and is doing more. Yay. My mom had a lettuce wrap and she said its the best one she's ever had. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered on your app. I sat at the drivethru speaker for 3 minutes before someone finally spoke up. The employee at the drive thru was very rude over the speaker. I sat at the window without anyone acknowledging me until all my food was ready, about 6 minutes. I stopped and ordered a large 5 piece chicken tenders meal for my daughter and I to share. We waited over 15 mins in line which I normally don't care, however once I got our food got all the way home, which is on the other side of town, opened up the box and I literally was served 1 chicken tender that was cut up into 5 pieces. I called of course she was apologizing and offered a refund plus to remake the food, so I had to again put my 11 month in the car to take the food back so she, the manager at least she said she was, could see but of course once I got back there she had already left and I had to explain myself and what happened again along with of course showing him what i got. I don't even know how a cook even thought that would be ok to serve someone 1 piece of chicken tender cut up into 5 pieces when we are paying $14 for a meal. I will never ever go back to this place. First and last time. What gets me is the lady who claimed to be the manager knew I was coming back and instead of staying to deal with the problem she ran away and had a kid deal with it. That's not a good manager to have, who runs away when there's an issue and cowards down. This place corporate should really take a look at with a manager like that and a cook who thought it would be ok to rip people off of their money that they were willing to spend just to eat. I really hope Corporate will look at this and take care of the issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's was great service and the play land was great fun 3 story slide. And the play area was warm and comfortable. I love the let's wrap burger so Gluten free. Hands down the best service we've ever received at a fast food restaurant. Matt was working the front and taking orders. He was very attentive to our little family even coming from behind the counter to check on our experience. Though it was only him and one other employee running the whole place, it was clean, service was great, and our food was fresh and hot. Haven't been to this location in awhile and the service was exceptional. Received our food fast and was very tasty. The only thing I could say is there were a couple tables that needed washed down before we could find a place to eat. This was in the main dining. Every part of this experience Monday was absolutely horrible. I ordered my food at intercom, and after I ordered there was a long pause, and then someone else came on the intercom asking if I've been helped. I explained I repeated my order and then proceeded to the window. When I reached the window, the cashier took my payment and then handed my card back. ...that was the last interaction for twenty minutes. 20 MINUTES!!!! I knocked on the window after 10 minutes and was ignored. I tapped my horn at fifteen minutes, and all I got was a look. After twenty minutes, I knocked again. Nothing. I then drove around front and walked inside. I took a deep breath and calmly asked what was going on with my order. The reply I got was, "Sorry, we're short-handed." I let them know they could've ay time come to the window to explain that, and I would've just come inside. My response was ignored, and I felt blown off. They didn't make an effort to apply any customer service to rectify the situation. Lastly, to add insult to injury, I got my order, and it was horribly assembled to the point of being ineatable. It was a lettuce wrapped burger, and the lettuce was wilted, which told me my burger sat ready on the shelf for a long time. Needless to say, they lost my business, and the owner needs to train his employees better on how to apply at least a little customer service. location was in Idaho Falls Broadway location Dec 05/23 at approx 1130am In our 14 day road trip this was hands down the filfthiest men's bathroom/restroom I encountered. That's saying a lot, considering I'm including service stations as well! I asked to speak to a Manger, Jake identified himself as the General Mamager. I asked him if he's seen the men's washroom, he stated he had just recently used it. I asked him if it was up to standards, he replied YES. I asked him to come with me to see it. Upon entering I asked him if this was acceptable, he NOW stated no. I asked when it was last cleaned, (it looked like mths ago) sink was dirty black, toilet was filthy including the seat and behind, the towel dispenser was also filthy. I advised Jake that we were NOT going to order here, due to the filfthiest bathroom we encountered. Carl's Jr. It's a fast food place with a kids' playground. The food was okay, the tomatoes and onions were fresh and good, but the buns were off like they changed the recipe.
