Carl’s Jr has a Family friendly environment. Service is great. We love that every time we come to dine or drive thru, Natural French fries always hot. Food over all is hot and fresh. I want to give a shout out to Yesenia for her great performance today it seems like she was the only one working in the entire restaurant, From taking orders, to prepping and making the orders, to serving them to the customers that ordered. 1. you guys need to hire more people so it’s not just one person working at a restaurant. 2. I tried a new burger because of the price. Not worth it. I'm going to stick with my Famous Star. Drive thru was empty because it was after midnight on a week day. I received my food with a smile. Ordered the promotion 2 burgers for $5, choosed spicy chicken burger with lettuce wrap extra mayo and spicy cheeseburger. The taste isn't what I'm expected and you get as what you paid for only $5 for 2 burgers. This would be my last time buying from Carl's. Better cook something else at home.
