I can’t express the happiness of the people working here. So nice and welcoming. The food was very fresh to order and DELICIOUS!!! What a wonderful experience! Thank you all for the experience!!! Well after 30 minutes, watching everyone else getting their food and two times asking the lady, the food never showed. Went to ask for refund and got complained at by the guy in the back saying they sent it out. Then the guy who does the refund says will hit my account in 3 days... I paid cash. For a fast food place, it was extremely slow. The kids manning the register were very absent-minded. They kept asking the same questions again and again. When we came, there were about 3-4 people waiting for takeout orders and at least 3 occupied tables. We were not told that the kitchen was running behind so it could be a while. After waiting a good 20 mins, I went up to the register to see what was going on and was told that the kitchen was swamped and had missed a bunch of orders. It would be another 15 mins. The only person who seemed to be doing anything, was the manager. At this point, those kids were just standing around talking amongst themselves. At about 35 mins past time, the manager came and said she would refund our money but then we also got our food. What was the food? Lobster rolls, 5 little fried shrimps and funnel cake fries. The only reason I give this place two stars is those lobster rolls which were actually very tasty. The shrimp was also good. I personally don't like funnel cake fries but my friend liked them. We are not coming back. These guys need to sort their kitchen and staff out. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Very polite and speedy service. The young man was moving and working harder then anyone else I have seen in this new era. So refreshing to see a young Hispanic and I am talking 16-17 years old MAX! Do the job of 6 people. That young man will go places and the corporate office probably doesn't care. And will suffer a major loss. But that is what I love to see. You my man will be a BOSS!!!

I talked to a manager in Pueblo. I asked for Xtra lemons for my 3 piece fish dinner. I received 1 lemon sliver . I complained and he said it wasn't his fault but corporate policy. We ran thru their drive-thru for a quick lunch while we were driving through Pueblo. I shared the seafood platter with my son. My husband had the butterfly shrimp plate and my youngest had the chicken strips. The food was decent. The price was a little high.
