I ordered prawns and i asked the waiter to return them asap! They were soo old, barely had meat and not prepared accordingly. The manager offered wings which I appreciated much. The stake wasn't bad. Service was OK. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I visited Cappuccinos and it was cold. I was told that they can't serve any hot beverages due to loadshedding. I then placed my order and the salad was not fresh. The cutlery is old, I couldn't even cut the meat 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 400–450

Very nice. Really enjoyed the pizza. My son loved the play area. First time in a long time that I had managers come and ask if everything was still okay. Very pleasant. I had a side order of chips that I thought was maybe reheated old chips otherwise still a 5 stars for me.

What a dissapointment. Waiter took time to come and serve us, then we waited 45min for the food where I had to go and tell them to please put it in takeaway containers because I had an appointment after I told the waiterI had to leave at a certain time. We did not receive any cutlery with the takeaways and had to borrow a spoon from the layday I had an appointment at so that my child could just eat. No serviettes where supplied and had to scramble for tussues in the car after they did not put the food properly in the containers. This was very disspointing. Will definitely not see me again. Enjoyable time here. It was a farewell brunch with my parents. The music was quite loud when we arrived (it was 11am and we were the only ones sitting outside) so we asked them to turn it down, which they did. The food was tasty, but took quite a while to come. I feel there's good potential, they just need a bit of fine tuning to get it just right, just on the customer service and experience side. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person R 50–100

Service has improved so much in the last 2 years, and the food yummmmmmy, the presentation was awesome. I really had a good meal. The espresso was the only let down, was not tasting like an espresso neither was it strong enough to make a difference. Overall was an exceptional experience.
