I was expecting better. I visited the restaurant 4 times since arriving in Maseru. It wasn't as good as the ones I experienced in other countries. I was disappointed with quality of the food. It wasn't fresh nor hot enough. Their coffee machine was broken and wasn't repaired. From the first time that I visited the restaurant until yesterday, three weeks later, the coffee machine was still broken. The service was neglectful. The staff was busy on their mobile phones most the time waiting for someone to call them. This restaurant can do better overall. Maybe, new management needs to come in and revamp and train the staff.
