Totally not happy with how she is treating her customers. MAY 2022 i ordered a cake paid for it and delivery. On the day before event when i call to ask where's the cake she tells me stories that she asked someone to deliver the cake cause she is in hospital. I called the lady she organized she said she can't make it. Okay fine i arranged my own transport went to collect my cake, when she has to refund my delivery fees I'm getting more stories till date. Not even decency of answering my calls. So disappointing

Requested the cake on Monday an had the cake baked an delivered the following day.
I ordered a handbag 👜 cake an it was out of this world. She even went an extra mile an added other edible accessories to the cake like lipsticks, stiletto, make up brush, etc. I highly recommend her.

Such an amazing experience with Call a Cake. The cake was fresh and tasted great. Precision was 100%, workmanship 100% and delivery was timely. Thank you for making my son's 21st birthday a very memorable day. See you on the next birthday in our family 💕

The cake surpassed the expectations of the birthday girl and my whole family. The baker replicated the cake from the image I sent her to a T. It was also delicious and she delivered on time despite my late order. I highly recommend this business 🌹.

I've never met her but I love her. I found her on google ordered my cake, my husband went to fetch it and it was AMAZING!! The taste and deco on the cake was great. Your work is amazing sisi!!! Stay blessed.

The stuff act like they know what they are doing. They know nothing about customer service. The cake was off poor quality. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve their service offering. For a big occasion? Nah they ain't there yet, for a small birthday for a 5 year old who doesn't care about the tidiness of the decoration on the cake? A big maybe.

For the amount that they charge, I really don't think it's worth it. All they care about is receiving money and delivering the product but they do not put much attention to the quality of the cake and the art on it.
