Sunday used to be the only day that Cafe Rio was closed. Now they are open. Not nearly as crowded as the other days of the week. The food was still fresh and fast. Dining area was clean, restrooms were clean. Staff were helpful and it looked as though they were keeping the cooking area behind the scenes clean as well. I highly recommend this place. You can't go wrong with any of their plates. Ho see for yourself and you will be glad you did. Sweet pork burrito was spectacular. It never disappoints, but also there are several other items that are really good. Sweet pork nachos, the chicken, quesadilla, steak tacos are all highly recommend. The restrooms were clean and available. No waiting. Seating was spacious. I didn’t feel cramped in like some down town places. D don’t like the ordering kiosk. It is very impersonal and hard to get your order just the way you like it. Avoid if possible. Live cafe Rio! My first experience at Cafe Rio didn’t leave a great impression. I ordered a salad with black beans to go and when I went to pick up my order, I didn’t see them in my salad. I asked the girl who packed my order if they were at the bottom or if they come on the side. She rudely responded “Everything is INSIDE the salad.” and rolled her eyes as she walked away. Perhaps she was having a bad day but there was no need to have an attitude with a first time customer who asked a simple question. Find a job where you don’t interact with people if you’re going to get snappy so easily. Definitely will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great made to order meal for a day of being Ill. The soups are perfect for getting over a cold. They also have huge salads with vegetarian options and several meat toppings. Grilled tortillas with beans and rice, Plus whatever meat you like. Top it off with the famous cilantro 🌿 lime dressing. Staff are trained and always on top of everything. Whether you are sick, and need to get some soup 🍲 into your stomach, or you have a date. This is a great place to be. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's kind of a knock off chipotle with a slightly different take on menu and offerings. So if you like chipotle you'll like this as well. You may prefer one over the other, but you won't be disappointed with taste or value. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a tostada and some guac. The staff is friendly, but when I got to eating my food, the guac does not look fresh (starting to oxidize), and the core of the lettuce head was in my salad! We’ve loved Cafe Rio for years but it’s gotten a little worse every time. Just paid 25 dollars for two salads made of shredded lettuce… the kind you’d expect on a burger off the gut truck at a job site. Very disappointed.

My family has loved the food for years, all the options bring in unique flavors yet delicious thanks to their fresh ingredients. I love Cafe Rio but this location always has undercooked rice. I’ve gone twice in the past month-ish and had crunchy rice both times. Everything else was great and I will gladly come back to this location if this changes! I hate leaving bad reviews and I’m so sorry to complain on here, I couldn’t figure out if there was another way to get in touch with management :/
