The atmosphere was really lovely. Music choices were really good. The food was amazing as well. A lot of effort is being put into each and every dish. The service and hospitality was really great. At Cafe Nuwara it was noticed that the workers are friendly and able to serve the large number of customers. The guests are satisfied with the services they get from this restaurant. The staff talk in a professional and courteous manner. Listening to the staff responding to the guests shows that the staff has respect for the customers and they have effective communications skills. The workers are clean and the utensils used to serve are also clean. This is the restaurant where customers’ orders are considered. The customer service is excellent because the customer eats the food they ask for and even have some offer to welcome the customers. The waiters are able to save discrepancies whenever they arise. Our table was under Thiwanka and he was very professional. The answer politely and listen to the views of the customers. Atmosphere in the cafe nuwara is spacious calm and peaceful. Although the cafe is situated in a busy street in Kandy city, it is a very peaceful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Looks really popular among foreign tourists. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had a chance to try different dishes because we went with a group of friends. Food is delicious, but portions of some food could have been a bit bigger compared to the price. Overall had a great time, so would definitely go back again. Cafe Nuwara, a restaurant located in the middle of the most busiest Kandy town. Even though the cafe is located in the heart of the busiest city as soon as you enter the premises, the calmness, the vibe will embrace yourself paving the way to a relaxing your mind and soul. I am truly in love with the atmosphere of the restaurant. They have make an effort to bring the ancient pride blending with the modern atmosphere. Truly amazing. Food is delicious and pleasing the eyes. (Recommend to serve less spicy Mongolian and Nasigoreng rice though 😛). The prices are reasonable when compared to the portions served. Customer service is top notch and very attentive. Highly recommend this place. Cafe Nuwara is a true delight and a definite go-to spot! Amidst the city buzz, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Delicious food and drinks, and a perfect place to hangout with friends and family. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming experience. A special shout-out to Mr. Wije for his attentiveness and friendliness which added a special touch to our visit. Opt for off-peak hours for a greater experience as the place draws in both foreign and local visitors regularly. Definitely visiting again soon! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this bustling restaurant. The inviting environment and delectable food exceeded my expectations. Despite the high customer turnout, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me find a table. While parking was a bit challenging with no on-site options, the accommodating service made up for it. This is the second time I’ve been there. I have tried Cheese injection burger, beef submarine and Lime Mojito. All dishes were good and worth for the price. Nicely served. Portion of the dish is acceptable. They were not charged for french fries as I have seen in many other places. Beverages are little bit expensive. 1st visit to cafe Nuwara …1st experience : Just WOW 🥳🤩 , I haven’t seen in anywhere the way the staff welcome the guests.
