Shave ice was amazingly delicious and big portions! They are a little bit expensive though for a shave ice. Service was ok nothing special. They have a S.Korean dessert BingSu. Ice cream, sometimes written as bingsoo,is a milk-based Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans. So yummy and delicious. Summer time is the best for eating this. I went here several times and yesterday, other days were so quit, chill, peaceful but yesterday, there were some old-women they brought out side food and eating it. The cafe staff tried to make them stop eat it but they yelled to the employee it was so noisy and aggressive. That cafe’s employee were so nice when you respect them. Location is kinda hard to find parking. The place is clean, workers are kind and helpful. Dessert was really good, they only have some options for the shaved ice combos. They have a similar concept of shaved ice with condensed milk and fruit on top. They will have the condensed milk on the side if you ask for it. Overall not bad. If I could give a negative star then I would. I always go to this cafe by myself or with a group of people and I never had this big of a problem until today. I was ordering food for myself and my husband and some of my friends. They didn’t want any drink but some sweets and I ordered for them. I did forget my wallet and asked my husband to go and get it from my car. And he came back and gave me the wallet and while I was about to pay, my husband asked to go to the bathroom because he needed to go really badly. One of the girl (with pink hair) told him to order food first then he can go, while some of my other friends already ordered food and gave him the code on the receipt because she didn’t want to give it to him. She flipped out(only when we started to speak in Ukrainian) and started telling us to leave saying that we are disrespectful and that we can come by later. She made a fuss saying that we aren’t welcome here and that we weren’t listening. While my friends kept on asking and trying to understand how he couldn’t go to the bathroom even when we ordered food and got the receipt. She said that HE (aka my husband) has to order food and not me… even though I ordered for him… the other two people that were working there were chill about it. It’s just her that kept on telling us to leave when we weren’t doing anything and trying to understand her. She never gave us a good answer why and kept on saying it’s on their policy, we asked to see their policy and she just kept on yelling and kicking us out. It wasn’t my first time with her being rude to me and my friends. I never had problems with anyone there and I loved going there. It’s just sad how she treated us when we never did anything wrong. Been coming here for about a year with a few people to have meeting’s. We consume beverage's, food not that often maybe a desert. Apparently they are taking reservations in the back room I was there last week and it was blocked with a sign on a chair saying “ reserved “ I was there till 10 pm. I asked the person upfront where was the group that reserved it and her words were they will be here at 7 pm. Huh?! Also their deserts are pricey for a macaron $7. I can’t recommend this cafe.
