My husband and I stopped to get some lunch befor leaving for Langebaan, I must say your staff has absolutely no way of addressing customers, they do not greet and use of Language and attitude stinks, shouting orders out loud, running around for change, no body at the counter to serve, I'm shocked that u can employ ladies with such bad people skills, u will certainly loose customers should u not address these points, I read previous complaints and does seem like u are adhering to the complaints, u have a great spot but have workers with no manners. Very sad Service Take out Price per person R 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a person that always like to support local shops and restaurants. And I have been a long time supporter of this place for thdme burgers and boerewors roll However this was not my most pleasant experience at Cafe Mocha N1 City. I ordered a wors roll just to find a cockroach fried between my chips and I already started eating. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I will surely not be returning. And u have lost a valueble customer.

MUST BE THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. LUCKILY THE ANTIE WAS THERE TO SORT IT OUT. THAT LADY YOU HAVE MAKING BOEREWORSE ROLLS AS WE SPEAK IS SO RUDE EVEN THE GUY BEFORE ME WAS SHAKING HIS HEAD. NO GREETING JUST HOW MANY ONIONS ALL SHE SAYS. WE SAID NO ONIONS TWICE BUT STILL PUT IT ON THE ROLL. THEN WE SAID AGAIN NO ONIONS SHE TAKES IT OFF AND PUTS THE SAUSAGE OVER, BUT DOES NOT REPLACE THE ROLL. NO MAN WE ALWAYS GET GREAT SERVICE THERE. THIS LADY IS BAD FOR BUSINESS AND SHOULD LEAVE HER PROBLEMS AT HOME.....NO SERVIETTES NOTHING I ENDED UP LEAVING MINE.
