When I arrived Myitkyina last 5 years, this place is excellent and especially in drinks and ice cream. Now the quality is not anymore. Two people can't finish a dish and much portion.

These place is good. Near Pogoda I think morning and six after is most Comfortable. Day is so busiest place. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is more than cafe. Actually, this is a restaurant with mini Bar. Price are a little higher. The space is a little narrow. But it is not crowded. This is one of the quiet indoor restaurants in Myitkyina.
