Service is so bad and personnel seem to have no care even with complains. We sat down for dine-in and no staff went to us to take order. We have to approach the staff to help ourselvesz.(note that dine in orders are taken at the tables and not at the take out counter) Food was also bad. Its served cold and bread stale. We ordered breakfast deluxe. They didnt even asked if we want our eggs scrambled or sunny sideup. They just served us whatever it came to mind, so i had scrambled and my companion had sunnysideup. Staffs here are rude and just ignore you. They dont even clean up previous customers plates and crumbs. We even saw 2 roaches roaming around. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food and drinks were great. The staff allowed me to stay in their store to work and use their outlet (there's one in the middle). It's not too crowded, so the cafe isn't overly noisy, allowing for focused work or study. As with Cafe France in any branches, the atmosphere and location don't particularly give off a workspace vibe but not bad to work there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
We came across this branch when we were buying Tikoy and gifts for the incoming Chinese New Year. We dined past 12nn and ordered their Breakfast Deluxe and Classic Grilled Ham & Melted Cheese. Food: The taste is really great. Their ham is thick and the croissant is very crunchy. Customer Service: The cashier and service crew are the same person. The service is a bit slow due to their lack of manpower but it is acceptable since it's pandemic.
Shame to use "France" in the name. The food has nothing to do with french quality. Lack of service etiquette. Had to ask several times to order. The girl behind the counter just waved us off with an indifferent attitude. The place is dirty. Cannot recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best place to eat especially at breakfast. Opens early around 7am. Cozy and quiet. Located at Ongpin, infront of Shoppers Mart.

It's not just the food that attracts people to a restaurant, it is more. The food was tasty, well prepared though the portions were small. The staff were nice and helpful. The price is affordable and the location is passable. The ambience is almost non-existent, the view from all the windows in the restaurant leave much to be desired of. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Not so friendly staff. Understaffed even on a not busy hour. Doesn't know how to handle credit card payments, expecta us to leave our credit card at counter while they attend to other orders.
Found a baby cockroach after sipping my iced tea, almost puked out my lunch, never coming back here. place is not sanitized, no protective measures like temperature check of shoe bath especially in a time where covid is becoming worse each day. People who work there don't make sure your food is clean.
Second visit. Nice place for enjoying cake and coffee. Will most likely be back for more.
