This place is decorated in a nice traditional way. They have limited options and there is no menu. The waitress told us she was the menu. We had a cappuccino and a Pepsi. The price was cheap. But anyone who would visit this place will like its traditional decorations. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Cafe Fahim, or Ahwet Fahim is a traditional old café on Tell square, the historical heart of Tripoli, that echoes atmospherically to the clack of backgammon pieces from groups of old men perched on plastic chairs and often ensconced in a cloud of nargileh smoke. Strategically located in the heart of the city of Tripoli, near the Ottoman clock, the old Souk, the public garden and other historic attractions. The outdoor terrace of Fahim Cafe is the best place in town for a nice cup of tea and some serious people-watching.
On Tell Square, in the heart of Tripoli, a nostalgic café where time seems to stand still: Café Fahim (قهوة فهيم ) The multicoloured glass windows, which are also visible from the outside, and the oriental façade, vaguely Arab and Art Nouveau, are the setting for simple plastic tables and chairs, very clean, where you can enjoy a delicious Turkish coffee in the shade of the trees. The courtesy of the owners adds an extra touch of charm to this bar, which I highly recommend.
Very nice old place Used to be a hotel but now a cafee and a restaurant Tasty food and kind staff The interior design is just mesmerising and warm, the outside dining area is also cool Love it 😊

Perfection of Shisha and service Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Used to be one of the most authentic places in town, the restoration is acceptable but many items and accessories used doesn't not reflect the real spirit of Tripoli's old coffee shops (especially the piano with the poster behind it). The prices are a bit high for the locals to afford, but acceptable for many others. A lot of nargileh smell inside but that's what people like. I wish that they can change those plastic chairs outside.

It is one of the oldest cafes in tripoli. The cafe loes on the ground floor of an ottoman building that served as a hotel in the past, but today it's a vacant building. The building was recently renovated and restored, so the cafe. After it has been renovated the cafe regained its glamour and visitors are now coming from all over the city and from outside the city, while in the past few years before the renovation the visitors of the cafe were very few.
