The five stars comes from the vibe that this place has. It's run by a family and we always felt very welcomed there. The food is mostly good, with some exceptions that aren't necessarily bad either, just very normal. This is a place to eat simple local food and it's very cheap, don't expect anything too fancy. The fresh juices are top notch however and their gallo pinto (desayuno nica) was in my opinion the best I've ever had in Latin America! we walked down the road during our stay at caballitos del Mar (Merida). We were super happy to have finally found a place that serves proper vegetarian food. So yummy!! 😍😍 We also had a very nice talk with the owner of that restaurant!! Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped in after a hike and we’re happy we stumbled across it! The staff were friendly and knew great english, the beers were ice cold and the food was a great price and delicious! Would recommend! Make sure you have cash though!

Ordered fajitas which didn’t even come with tortillas. We went here as it had the highest rating around this area but I wouldn’t recommend

I almost never leave reviews of restaurants but the was the best place I went during my 6 weeks of travel in Central America. Food was so fresh and rich and smoothies were exquisite. Plus the chef was so friendly and welcoming. Must visit🤌🏻🤌🏻
