This is easily the best buffet breakfast in Vidanta. It is open until 12:30pm so you can sleep in and has by far the largest variety of breakfast items. There is a wide range of cultural foods from Mexican to Asian to Western fare. Most of the food is pretty good. The meats are not seasoned or cooked as well as they would be in other restaurants and the Miso Soup is extremely salty but many other foods are quite good. I quite enjoyed the cevechie station and the fresh fruits and salads there. The staff come around with coffee, milk, and a couple of types of juice too. To save money they sell coupon gift certificates in packs of six so if you have a few adults or plan to come a few times during your stay you can save money. Everything was delicious and there was a great variety of foods available for all lifestyles. First time I tried pozole and it was really, really good. The sushi also gets my stamp of approval! The elote cake was really good as well. The staff are quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Don't feed the wildlife! Some birds might get close, just appreciate them but don't feed. For a buffet this was really good. A variety of food choices. The omelet station was awesome. You chose your ingredients they prepare for you. The other Mexican breakfast choices were yummy.
