I ordered two crepes online and went to the store to pick them up. I told the person working that I was there to pick it up, and woman told me that the food wasn't ready yet and she would call my name when it ready. So I waited for 20 minutes. The food was ready for someone else. , I go back and ask, “Isn’t the food in there mine?” I asked.. The food was served 20 minutes ago.. I wasted my time here and the staff did not apologize to me.
