I respect Cafe Amazon for consistent quality of the drink you order across all their cafes. However they keep ignoring customers with lactose intolerance, that would prefer plant milk (oat, almond or soy). Time to time they offer limited edition drink with oatside milk but then it is gone again.

Wonderful ice latte , i like that you can choose the sweetness level of the drinks . Cakes looks good as well. I love this spot in Koh phangan.

Amazone Services everywhere is same . And its good always. The very very baddest thing about this cafe is very unpolite and rude staffs. I can’t believe how much everyone can have bad behavior in work . I am sorry for thus nice place and fir the amazon. You don’t believe it !!!

I've only been here a couple of days and the really friendly staff already remembers what I want. I don't need to say anything because they already know what I need, double shot espresso! :D

Average waiting time for an espresso is 20 min. Better try Doppio.

ร้านเล็กๆ แต่พนักงานบริการดีมาก มีสุขภาพจิตดี พูดคุยเป็นมิตรกับลูกค้า ทั้งกับคนไทยและต่างชาติ ทุกคนเท่าเทียมกัน ตั้งใจทำงาน ไม่เปิดเพลงแบบงานวัดเหมือนบางสาขา ไม่มีคนมานั่งคุยเสียงดัง แต่น่าเสียดายที่มาอยู่ในปั้มน้ำมัน ปตท. สาขานี้ ที่นี่เขาชอบล็อกห้องน้ำเป็นเวลานานหลายชั่วโมง ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ ควรปรับปรุงและเรียนรู้วิธีบริหารงานแบบมาตรฐานของ ปตท. ถ้ายังอยากใช้แบรนด์นี้อยู่ หรือไม่ก็ต้องเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นปั้มของตัวเอง เสียชื่อ ปตท. ส่วน Café Amazon เยี่ยมมาก สู้ๆ

Die Getränke sind lecker und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Der Laden ist sehr klein und etwas ungemütlich. Es gibt keine Toilette.

พนักงานบริการแย่มาก ถามถึงโปรโมชั่นร้าน เป็นพนักงานบริการควรตอบดีๆนะครับ ให้แบงก์พัน ก็ควรบอกไม่เงินทอนค่ะ ไม่ใช่พูดถ้าไม่มีใบ100 ก็จะทอนเหรียญทั้ง1,000 มาซื้อนะครับไม่ได้มาขอ อบรมพนักงานด้วยนะครับ
