The food in this place ain't worth the money you pay. It's trying to imitate Chipotle and Qdoba style of Mexican restaurant food with a little Caribbean twist that will cost you more money. These are airport food prices and the portions are small. The "big" burrito it's half the size of a regular burrito at Qdoba or Chipotle and at a higher price. They take a lot of time to prepare your food too even though their really small portions. They even give you ridiculous small amount of napkins and there's no dispensers around making you have to ask for more. They have a small variety of drinks and it's all in cans, no soda fountain here. And the food is just okay, it ain't really great it was just truly mediocre. The service was good and attentive but very slow. I have visited this chain a few times when they started it but it's just the same disappointment but at a higher price. I received a wrong order delivered by UBER. When I call to express my concern, the employee without been asked, mentioned to call another day because they were busy with other customers and the manager was busy. Then what I am? I guess if I am buying food, I am a customer too. Management should provide customer service training to deal with situations like this to employees with bad attitudes like her. I wont buy again in your store. Good food, but service needs improvement real bad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

At first glance the interior decorations remind one of chick fil a, red and white. Matthews 6:33 written on the walls and the christian music over the speakers brings the message home. But that’s where the similarities end. The employees are not friendly or helpful, and there’s even under tones of hostility towards clients. They were bickering at each other about chores when I walked in. I ordered the mexiburrito. Person preparing the food also runs the tablet where doordash orders come in, same gloves. My burrito was missing ingredients, didn’t really want to say anything about it, I ain’t trying to get yelled at. Got diarrhea when I got home. Not sure why this place still exists.

Picked up six chicken tacos and when I got home found that the meat was cold, refrigerator cold, it had never been heated nor was there any sauce on the meat. Called them up and they were very nice on the phone but no way to fix issue so... tacos to trash
