The potato salad tasted disgusting and smelled like and tasted like furniture varnish. The baked beans were burnt. Brisket was super fatty and salty. My son got Mac n cheese he said it wasn’t bad but his fries were super salty and greasy. We told the waitress when she checked in on us and said she would go check and let us know..she never came back to talk with us…I was utterly disappointed and definitely was not worth the 122.00 we spent!!! I will NEVER Go Back!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Mac N Cheese
I received my food, and I’m flabbergasted at your quality of food for the price I had to pay. I’m still trying to understand and figure out how there was so much grease in the bottom of the tray but the food was so so dry. And I’m am for certain they forgot to put cheese in the Mac N Cheese. It was literally pasta in a flour and butter rué no cheese. No salt . And every bit of it was cold. And I paid $42.60 for 3 in a half pieces of grease drenched pork belly four slices of dry brisket in a pool of grease, beans with onions I asked not to have at all, the supposed Mac n Cheese and 1 corn bread for a platter… NEVER AGAIN Will I waste my money on this establishment. This place is the most disappointing barbecue I have ever been served. Everything tastes like everything came out of a microwave. My wife got the ghetto poutine which was cold in the middle, soggy and tasted like vinegar. I got a burnt ends platter with cold cornbread, soggy cold french fries and a small portion of burnt ends that were very fatty, cold and not burnt at all. Prices were very high for the poor quality. No server came to ask how our meal was, yet they suggested a 22% tip. We will never return and you should avoid this place. Food was reasonably priced and tasted great. Inside was very nice and clean. My only complaint would be that the cornbread is served cold/chilled. If it was served hot, it would be so much better. I definitely will be back. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pulled Pork Plate

This is my opinion and my opinion only. First of all presentation was a 5 out of 5. Being from a BBQ family in Small Town West Texas, I still came in open minded. The turkey was good and was cooked perfectly. Pork belly burnt ends were good. The cornbread was amazing, the best cornbread I've tried at a BBQ place and some of the best cornbread I've had anywhere. The Mac N Cheese not much flavor in the cheese. Coleslaw was good. I do recommend trying this as I will come back to try something different from the menu. I wish they had a sampler platter. That would have been awesome. It seemed like the pork and turkey were the hit for me. It seemed like the BRISKET I ordered seemed like it had been sliced sitting there for a bit, it was kinda dry and could use some salt and pepper. Or maybe just cut to soon with no rest time. I will definitely try the other items another time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cornbread

Brisket was good but had too much fat. Previously had tried their pulled pork and that was really good. The corn muffins were soft and flavorful. I loved the sauces! Portions were WAY too small though- I preferred the brisket platter and left still feeling a bit hungry. Not a huge fan of ordering at the front and not having a waitress- it makes the place feel cheap (like a fast food chain). Not sure if I'd go back mostly because of the portion sizes being too small and the price ($90+ for two adult meals, two kids meals, and three drinks before tax). I'd be okay with that price if portions were larger. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Awesome place. Danielle ? The bartender was awesome !! Tried the Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Amazing. Also the Brisket and Pulled Chicken. Met the owner Kevin super nice guy and gave us a bit of the behind the scenes …Great Night Out !!! Thanks Again. Great Experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Pretty darn expensive for the average income in Lewiston/Auburn. Very nice interior and layout. The employees were very helpful and polite. Was disappointed that they were out of potato salad and some of the meats. The chili is very spicy, beware! Overall it was good. It will have to remain a treat for me due to the price though. Burnt Ends BBQ worked with us for a short notice corporate event last winter; phenomenal communication and such an easy process. We made our first in-person visit to the restaurant yesterday, and will definitely be repeat visitors! Lots of menu options without having too much to overwhelm, great service, presentation, and a clean restaurant. A total gem, and glad to have found them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Solid authentic BBQ spot for the state of Maine. Brisket had a nice smoke ring and had good flavor. Will definitely be coming back to satisfy my BBQ cravings. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Brisket Sandwich
