Great spot to grab a burger and some greasy sides for your belly. Picnic tables outside to sit and eat are available. Onion rings and cheese curds were both great, not greasy, and fried in fresh oil. So let me just start off and say that the staff were very good, they were accommodating and friendly still even after I asked for them to remake my burger. However in my opinion food quality just isn't there. I am quite aware that I went to fast food establishment and I don't have extremely high standards for that but... Let me explain. At first I thought it was just because I got one that was made earlier maybe and it just sat for a while so I asked him if he could please make me a fresh one and it still tastes like I was chewing on a piece of cardboard. The consistency was rubbery and dense, due to the overpressed patty, and had zero flavor... And it was noticeably greasier the second time so i am fairly certain that it was made fresh. For this being my first time eating at Burger Time, I definitely will not be going back. Also the atmosphere of this establishment was really worn down and had trash everywhere. I gave it two stars only because I was pleasantly surprised at the Monday special price for a meal of 7 bucks, which is low these days for an entire meal at a fast food restaurant, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
