I came in and the lady that was sweeping stoped and sanitized her hand, as she approached me she was smiling at me..She gave me the best customer service..She's friendly and polite...Her name badge was written Yonela..That lady knows and loves what she does, i say this because after she helped me she went to the dining area and cleaned the table for me to sit in... I received my food a few minutes after ordering. I waiting for 13 minutes to get two milktart milkshakes. There was nothing wrong with the machine. In my order bag there weren't any tomato or mayo sauce. When we asked for it the person had a terrible attitude and we felt disgusted by the service. If the pay is barely anything then their service is a reflection. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Every single time I come through the drivethrough, I get told to park in the parking lot and wait for my food there. EVERYTIME. why have a drivethrough? As I'm typing this review, I'm sitting in my car in a parking spot opposite the drivethrough waiting for my food. 10mins have passed as of right now... A fast and very efficient burger king. Staff are always helpful. Always clean inside. Did have a bit of a blunt at the soda fountain with the pepsi max mango tap. What came out was soda water. I recieved absoluut pathetic service from this Burger King on Sunday 28 Jan The person who took the order on the drive through could not communicate properly and do nit only inform us that there was no chips with the Burgers but also took the order wrong and left our milkshakes out When we discover this where we recieved the order the lady asked us to fall again in the que and reorder Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The place is not very clean. They never clean the tables when people get up. For more than two months they couldn't make the bacon king as their microwave is broken. The ice cream machine was broken when we went and they offered us half as it was all that came from the machine. Ordered almost R1000 worth of food and then got home to the disappointment of not having one meal in our bags.. And this is after the cashier double checked everything. Our boyfriends ordered and paid, so they had our slip with them while they waited outside, so she had their own slip as reference.(the guys ordered more things than what we were aware of) And this is after they didn't add the extra jalapeños on one of the burgers that we paid for. But I made a point to check for that because they almost always forget to put our extra jalapeños on when we order it.. Tried calling them now but no answer..
