Noticeable drop in the quality of the food products being presented compared to a few years ago. Not the same care to construction of burger product and the size for the same product has diminished with a noticeable cost increase for that same product. The care, cleanliness of both restaurant and toilets are considerably poor. A shame really as BK were far better than this. No one seems to worry about cleaning and wiping the dining tables as often as they need doing. Quite grubby unfortunately. But excellent food and good service. Staff could be a bit warmer and friendlier, and they don't need to shout so loud once orders are ready. A hand held buzzer would be a great idea:) Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
