The food was not bad, but this is expected with a large food chain that is standardized. Manager was friendly. They will have to figure out how to manage large amounts of customers if they want to increase revenue. I see the long line and just decide to walk over to the Chinese restaurant that is not as busy. I have visited this establishment thrice. The second time they did not wanted to provide me with the wifi code. The third visit the burger bun was hard as a rock. Also, in one occasion, I was really thirsty and wanted my small drink while I waited for my food and the guy refused . The 4th time we’ll there was not a 4th time because for some reason there are times when they just decide to close spontaneously. I give it a 3 star for the Big King , delicious and also because it’s the only major fast food restaurant in town. This might drop with KFC opening and giving BK a run for their money.

El lugar es muy pequeño, no tiene instalaciones para niños (juegos) las mesas son algo incomodas. La comida es la misma que en cualquier otro BK. Las hamburguesas todas las sirvieron sin queso! Falla en su terminal bancaria! No cuentan con aderezos y nada de los servicios de una franquicia de burguer king! El servicio es pésimo tanto del personal como la pésima elaboración de los productos. Cómo observación una Long Rodeo con queso y wakamole la cobran pero te la sirven sin el queso y sin el wakamole. La verdad espero que mejoren su servicio, me tocó que el día que fui quien estaba recibiendo las órdenes se puso a arreglar la máquina de refrescos y dejarón esperando la fila cómo media hora y se juntó una fila bastante larga, sentí pena por el cliente que le tocó después de mí porque fue al que le tocó esperar bastante rato sin que le tomaran la órden En cuanto al sabor es muy bueno, el clásico sabor a Burguer King que esperarías encontrar. Espero que puedan mejorar su organización porque se ve que tiene bastante potencial

Pfff no entiendo como es que siguen laborando, el lugar es como cualquier otro de comida rápida nada en especial, la comida es mala, no te ponen completas las ordenes y aparte la cajera ni sabe usar la computadora y hace un desastre con tus pedidos, mala cara del personal, la neta por lo que pagas ahí es mejor ir a un lugar mucho mejor. 👎🏻 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
