This place is absolute trash . From cleanliness to the rude and unprofessional staff. The playroom is absolutely musty and the fountain drinks that aren’t soda are never available (sorry kids) Very common of them, they get my order wrong . The people working the register seem trained not to make eye contact and leave you standing there for minutes on end . No smiles. Just frowns and attitudes . The older black lady working in the register cursed me out and dropped an F bomb when I tried to order with my reward points because according to her I was cutting the line . I felt intimidated . I was frustrated and did raise my voice explaining my toddlers are in the playroom area unsupervised - she did not care. With NO LINE she made me wait another 10 minutes . I will never come here again, Shelton has less than 3 fast-food chains and this is not the one to choose . This Burger King was VERY unorganized! There was one girl in the front. She was working the front register and the drive-thru. The wait for the food was terribly long! When I finally received my food, I noticed the chicken nuggets were extra greasy! It looked as if they came out of the fryer and thrown into the bag! It was so greasy that the nuggets damn near soaked through the bag!! I was already out and away,so I couldn't return them. I just decided not to go there anytime soon. Don’t even bother eating here. The lettuce was all old and had colors on them. The burger bun smelled like ass. The drive thru is slow as hell. Burger King here is trash.
