I went through the drive through this morning, and Crystal J. and Tiesha P. treated me beautifully! They both came with compliments and smiles and my sandwiches were hot and fresh. This place is very trashy, and I would not eat here. The place looks very dilapidated and they close down the dining area very early around five. I received a coupon for a free whopper and was going to buy a medium fry and a small drink. The incompetent cashier didn’t know what he was doing so he called the manager and she was just as clueless and told me that I had to get a medium fry and a medium drink. If I were you, I would not go here and please your eating at your own risk. They have a lot of bugs and roaches there do not eat here. Customer service was terrible. Get rid of everybody. This soggy mess is the whopper with cheese and bacon I ordered. Not sure why they decided to put so many condiments on it or why they skipped the lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles but I would like to thank them for helping me lose weight since I wasn't about to eat that s**t sandwich when I got home to an empty fridge. We had the BEST BK experience today! Chad is so nice! Everything that we ordered came out fast, HOT, and fresh! I haven't had a BK experience this great in years!!! Like a lot of fast food places, the prices keep getting higher, but the quality is getting worse. The menu nickles and dimes you by having small size prices shown and then its more for a MED! Then the food is cold. Just eat at home. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Burger King could be a lot better. The Whopper when made correctly is better than anything McDonalds has. When you walk into one, if you're lucky enough to find one with enough employees to open the lobby, the whole place looks neglected.

Waited for 20 mins on my food and my food was cold after I was told that everything would be fresh and wasn’t then when I tried to call back up there to let them kno all of a sudden thier phone line was busy…. Not good, ordered the new Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken. The menu board showed it came with lettuce, tomato and bacon. It had NO bacon nor tomato. Was very disappointed. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I wish I could rate this place zero stars! There was at least 6-8 employees in the restaurant and I sat in the drive through at the window for 25 minutes! The woman in the car behind me was even so fed up that she opened the pay window to get someone’s attention, the girl who was supposed to be at the register was up at the food window chatting with the other employees. I have specific dietary needs and I ordered a whopper with only cheese and ketchup on it. When I get home the whopper was made with everything on it. When I tried to call this location, I was hung up on 3 times and finally reached a man who claimed he was a manager on the fourth time calling. He said I could come back up there to get it fixed but I am not getting back in my car to drive all the way back to Burger King after I have just gotten off a long shift at work just to sit and wait for another 30 minutes to get my order remade. This being said, the manager did not offer any other options for compensation. I will not be returning unless this location hires an entirely new team of employees and managers. That or they all need to train on how FAST food works, this is the slowest and worst drive through service I’ve ever been to.
