Cooks at this fast food do their best to provide visitors with good cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Guests don't highly appreciate flija at Burger King. The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. A lot of people say that the service is nice. The staff is friendly, but the manager is rude. Waiting in drive thru line trying to decide and he gets on the mic and rudely asks if we were ready to order yet. When we said something, the employee just laughed. Maybe some polite customer service training needs to happen. Service: 1

The soda, french fries and lady that took our order were great. The BK fish sandwich was disappointing. The fish was hard and looked like it had been frozen for months. Absolutely horrible customer service. Whoever they have taking orders on the drive thru was a complete disrespectful joke who clearly doesn't want to work. Just a boy wanting something handed to him! Absolutely hate that this is my neighborhood Burger King. Food and bun always cold and always wrong. Then inconvenience you by saying bring the food back to be remade or oh well. This is all the time. Check your food. You won't ever get it your way but the way they say you going to have it and it will be cold! All with a glopp of mayonnaise and attitude! Food was good, but not like the whoopers of old. Employees were attentive and reflected in the food preparation. Also noticed that no one was standing around. All the employees were busy doing something. Hamburger was still better than anything from the Mcotherplace!
