The customer service at this Burger King branch was excellent today! Everyone was polite, food was received in a timely manner and freshness and taste was up to par. Even the small mishap where we ordered a triple stacker and they forgot the bacon was dealt with much professionalism. The facilities are also very well kept. Really recommend visiting this branch.

Usually go to the drive through here however when I do go inside the service is usually very fast. Food does taste good. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Young man working on the 6th August, night shift, was the epitome of customer service. His greeting, his smile his service was great. Nothing short of perfection. What a great asset your business has gotten with this young man. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Oh my is how the standard of the chicken burger is the worst .. always burnt hard overcooked dry Food: 2 Service: 3
The only thing I appreciated here, was that the onion rings were hot. I went through the drive-thru. It took me about 40 minutes to get my food and there were only 2 cars in front of me when I got there. I got a salad and the lettuce was wilted. The fried chicken was a bit salty.
Slow, slow, slow service at the drive through. Waited almost 10 Mins to order and pay, and then waited from 8:40pm when we paid (according to the receipt) till 9:04pm to collect from the drive through window. When we collected out food, it was warm. It not hot - meaning some time had passed since it as made. This made me wonder why it took so long to receive our order in the drive through. The time it took to wait to place the order, pay and receive it - we could have flown from Piarco, landed in Crown Point, waved at the people and flew back and landed back at Piarco. By the time the attendant would be announcing "Welcome to Piarco International Airport....." we have now just received our cold food from Burger King. Also saw three employees standing around the cash register just talking and not doing much in particular for at least 7 mins. And when we looked through the front window there were lots of empty seats in the dining area and there as NO long line at the counter.
As much as I love BK's burger the prices have simply become way too expensive for me to continue buying from them. For an extra $30 or less i might as well hit up TGI Fridays/ Jaxxes and get a burger of a much better quality and quantity... beside that customer service is still good and the store is clean
Waited in the drive through for over an hour on Friday 27th May. Drove up to the window and placed the order immediately. Why did it take an hour to collect? You are trapped in the line and can't get out. Horrible experience.
Service was poor, had to wait long for the burger, as first priority was given to the drive through customers. The restaurant was unsanitary, not a clean table in sight, the floor was littered with napkins and the bins were full.
