Everything was delicious and the service was amazing! Jamie is the sweetest person I've ever met working in fast food! Such a breath of fresh air compared to other restaurants! Ethan and Shawn were the best young men I've come into contact with and so polite! 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back!! Sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and no one said anything to me at all so I pulled around thinking maybe the speaker was broken. Sat waiting to get to the window for another 7 or 8 minutes. Finally got there and told the guy at the window I hadn't ordered yet and he said I can't take your order at the window. That's just bad customer service. At least come on the speaker and say just a minute or something so we know to wait. I have no problem waiting if someone says something. Ridiculous. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible. HORRIBLE! The Calera BK may be the worst service I've ever had and this was a drive through order. The young lady working the window on 10/8/23 has the worst attitude and if she had tried any less they would have checked her for a pulse. I'm sure she'll grow up to work at the DMV. Pitiful, the owner sould get rid off her and the manager for allowing it happen. I know its hard to find workers but losing customers is just as bad. Just close the doors for good. Garbage place. Ordered on the app and when I showed up to get my food all of it was covered in black soot. When I showed the manager she got rude and told me it was fine just eat it. I asked for a refund and she said that I ordered through the app I would have to go through the app to get a refund. I left all the food at the resturant and left. After contacting BK they have offered me a 10 dollar coupon but a refusing to give me my $20 money back even though I never got any food. Horrible location, horrible service, and horrendous corporate. Never use the app again because the 800 number you can't get help and online is impossible to get help. They basically stole my money at this point. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just went & got one of the new mushroom & Swiss burgers.. Sandwich is dry, counted 6 pieces of mushrooms & no gravy at all & the hamburger patty was not charbroiled… but the fries are good 😐 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Recommended dishes Fries

I Today, October 28, 2021, I called and asked if they were on Urber because lately even though restaurants posted on Urber come back cancel because their not their anymore. I called today at 1:58pm central time and ask the young lady there and She tells me to call Urber. I ask you mean to tell me you don’t know if your own Uber or not and she saids No Ma’am and hangs up in my face. I give her -10 in Customer Service and needs to go back and be retrained. I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. I will not be ordering from Burger King. I ordered my food through the drive through and they were fairly fast. I order the Bacon Cheese burgers for a $1.00 and I got the $3.99 - 2 whopper junior special with one fry and one onion rings. I just love that onion ring sauce. It’s sooo good. You must try it. Also, I got the Strawberry Lemonade Freeze (5 Stars) and I tell you it’s nothing like sipping on a nice cold drink when it’s hot outside and your driving on the freeway in traffic. You are the envy of others because they wish they had something good and cold to drink too! 😊 Next, all my Bacon Cheese burgers were cooked and the bacon was crispy and good. Just take a look at the pictures. Plus, they’ve got the new Jalapeño poppers. I believe that’s what they are called. But, they are very good too. Check it out if you love Spicy food.
