Jeffrey was so sweet. He noticed my name on my credit card and we got into a little conversation about music that my name frequently sparks. He then gave me a crown. I'm glad I ran into that ray of sunshine today. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

awhile ago someone i know found maggots in the burgers this was oct 2022 maybe a couple months back june/july-october but very gross much rather go on the opposite side of town! Food: 1

Had a very long wait here today. After more than 10 minutes waiting, the older gentleman at the pay window was very apologetic and kind. The next window, however, I asked for some zesty sauce. The younger woman said we would have to pay extra. After such a long wait, I've never heard this from any employee after getting Burger King regularly for years! I almost felt like I was being reprimanded for even asking. I'll avoid this location going forward. Don't nickle and dime customers, especially after such an unusually long wait! Food: 4 Service: 3

I went here several times a week for the past couple weeks and got impossible Whoppers and they tasted exactly the same and I felt fine every time but today I got one that smelled like they sprayed some sort of weird chemical cleaners on it and I'm pretty sure it was not an impossible Whopper I have an extreme meat allergy and I could tell by the look on the people's faces that they knew they were giving me the wrong Burger when they handed it to me but that they just didn't feel like making me wait and pull over for them to make a fresh impossible Whopper and have to walk outside and bring it to me so they just gave me a regular Whopper instead and basically poison me I've had severe abdominal pain and been vomiting up blood ever since I will never eat at this Burger King again after they attempted to kill me today

But new chicken wraps , very disappointed, the chicken was the size of a nugget tomato was the size of a quarter small piece of lettuce , the wrap as big as your hand but chicken as a nuggets. Paid 2.99 a piece never again , doesn't look anything like on TV , only one nugget in wrap , could have but 8 nuggets cheaper . Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My order was prepared wrong, it was my fault since the order board did not have the correct order on it because the cashier forgot but I was out of line to question her- she might quit! “Don’t be like that” the 20 something in charge tells me. I don’t escalate to angry without provocation so maybe the workers should re-evaluate their behavior. They hold counter orders to serve the drive through- 10 minute wait for the wrong food with one customer in front of me!?!? Uncool people with bad attitudes working this store. Will never go back even though my father wants the lame food I would rather go to Wendy’s where people actually treat you well.

I wanted to grab something quick before work and ordered a #3 large with a coke. The order was not worth the money of $12.29 The sandwich is small. The fries were not above the rounded part, for a large, and they were cold. The drive thru girl was impatient and rushed me too make my order. I won't go back there again.
