It'd been quite some time since having Burger King as compared to other fast food places, the quality in general has somewhat always seemed a bit lesser.
I've barely paid any mind to this location over the past year other than to notice that it's rarely busy, but recently, upon seeing that they have one of the higher ratings from the health department in this county decided to give it a try today.
Got a 2/$5 Whopper Jr special, which was not worth $5. The buns were refrigerator, almost frozen, cold, and the dry, overcooked 'meat' was not freshly cooked (to order).
Pretty much threw this all in the trash and ordered a double Whopper with bacon and cheese. It was a bit better, although warmed in the microwave, the bun was toasted and the sand overall wasn't too bad.
Likely done with BK for a few more years.
Staff were efficient and somewhat friendly.
Restaurant was empty and clean.

Onion Rings
Went to get a burger and omg the bun was dry, no sauce on one bun, I added catchup because it was so dry, the lettuce was all white, no green lettuce, 2 tiny pickles, 1 thinly sliced tomato that had no flavor. We fed most of it to the wild birds at the park hopefully they don't get sick!

I have never gotten such horrible customer service as at this particular Burger King. The woman that took our order through drive-thru was extremely rude when we just told her for the second time that we wanted a coffee she got extremely rude saying I got the coffee is there anything else you need. I know we all have bad days but you're at work and should be courteous to your customers. And when a restaurant is already looking like it might go in bankruptcy you might think about how you treating your customers if you want their business. maybe you want to go bankrupt maybe she doesn't want to work maybe she would like for it to go out of business? But I'm pretty sure corporate doesn't feel like that. I can't say that I'll be back there. And I'm definitely not recommending anybody LOL.

Ordered through door dash at 7am byt they couldn't find a dasher (it was early I get it) so I asked if I could just switch to pick up and get it once it was ready. Well the lady told me they had the ticket but hadn't made my food yet and then asked when I get off work and told me to come place my order then even though I already had my order made and paid for... (I explained I could leave work to pick it up but didn't have the time to remake my order in person and wait for it there.. kinda the whole point of me ordering through doordash..
I ended up having to cancel my order and went someone else to set up a pick up order. Pretty didappinted. Lady was chipper but wildly unhelpful

Burger King motto have it your way what happened to that? Well at this location your not allowed to substitute fries for onion rings just because your using a coupon. Keep in mind all the burger kings I have been to have no problems substituting the fries for onion rings they have a food cost problem here that’s why my whopper junior looked like a welfare burger
Went through the drive thru of
the cottage grove Oregon Location on Sept.21st. at about 630pm. When I went came back home half order of my fries had onion rings in it. Like they didn't have enough fries so they just through in the onion rings. Both whopper junior tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for hours and made both of us a little sick. Not food poisoning but upset stomachs for sure.

It's a burger King. My visit was slower than any other visit I've ever had. As you can see its not busy and my order has taken over 17 mins. The drive threw had 2 people go threw it while I was waiting.

They have one of those soda machines where you can add extra flavors. Larges are $3.50, but if I get to have a strawberry Dr. Pepper it's worth it to me.
