Went through the drive thru. There was 1 car in front of me, it took him 5 minutes to get his order, myself another 5-10 minutes to take my order, in total I was in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. I ordered a #1 he said they didn't have any tomatoes I said no problem, I ordered it with cheese bacon and a whole jalapeño on the side, all I got was lettuce, they said the didn't have any of the things I wanted, never going back there again. Don't spend any time or money here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went November 28 2020. The very irate woman at the window tried to give us the wrong order and when we corrected her she seemed mad at us. We watched as she fixed drinks and bagged food while talking on the speaker with no mask on😰 we told her we were leaving because she wasn't wearing a mask she just shrugged and walked away. It was Christmas and I waited 20 minutes,which was fine I get it on Christmas and it's packed,while we waited the manager was arguing with a customer,idk I didnt mind cuz I didn't know the context,so after i got my food I decided to leave a 40$ tip cuz why not?it's christmas and we drove home and i realized they forgot a whole burger, and when we got back they didnt even feel apologetic and the cook had to come out and give me the remake and the manager didnt even bother coming back to apologize,she actually waited till I left to come back out. Like the cashier I originally took my order was great! She don't deserve the bad rating but the manager got to go! I believe this is the place that fired a female manager after she asked for a raise. That wasn’t why they said they fired her but we know it was. Then hired a man to replace her, paying him a lot more money. Good ole boys club

This may be one of the worst restaurants in town. Terrible service, drink machines out of order, no cup lids, lazy employees, cold fries, and tasteless burgers. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to eat. Oh yeah...they are out of ketchup and serving wal mart ketchup instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
