They left me waiting with no human acknowledgment for 15 minutes inside the store. Once I went through the drive threw and they screamed at me beacuse I was asking for a spoon for my Sunday and made me wait in the parking lot for my spoon 😐 go to the rexvile BK is WAAAY better and NICER! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We(my family of 4)miss this BK alot. We used to live close by, and when we wanted to eat a good burger with fries we came or ordered carry-out. They make the best food here. Always hot and fresh. Excelente! My hubby and I were close around and we couldn't resist to go and buy a delicious burger here before we got back home. We can't afford to go frequently like before, cuz we're to far now. Keep the great quality.👍👌 My only concern is with the employees not asking for my BK Rewards card to add points, and not giving the purchase receipt.😕

Needs quality control assessment from corporate office. Fries with no salt, many times no salt available; hamburgers not enough tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, very dry sandwich. It is not the whopper I'm used to from mainland US. Please verify this, they are changing the flavor and quality of the whooper!

HORRIBLE. THE SEALING IS NOT EVEN ON. ANY ASTHMATIC THAT COMES IN HERE WILL HAVE THERE LUNGS SHUT OFF! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING HERE. DISCUSTING PLACE. THEY EVEN HAVE BUCKETS FULL OF DISCUSTING YELLOW WATER FROM THE CEILING. THIS BK IS NOT SAFE. SHALL BE SHUT DOWN IMEDIATELLY!!
