Burger King is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are adequate for the quality you receive. When inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. But most guests who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

The child and I sat in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Not fun with a 6-year old who is hangry. Mr. James who works there at Lisbon Street is SUPER sweet. Made the kiddo feel better with a crown and TWO toys. And he's always smiles. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Placed order for delivery after working 12hr day no food at home so ordered delivery 3 minutes before delivery time got emailed from burger King order was canceled call store for more info called store they said food left 25 minutes ago and they busy so call back.kids crying they want chicken nuggets long story short I went to restaurant to get my food or money and instead of getting my food I paid for or money I got band from restaurant and threatened by 3 despicable Lewiston Police officers before police showed up on duty manager called boss and he was very rude condescending arrogant egotistical shrimpdink more worried about pausing movie night with his kids while mine are hungry told me not his problem take it up with third party delivery but I contracted with burger King not 3rd party had no info on who 3rd party is. BK was a little busy when I entered the drive-thru lineup! But I didn't feel like I had to wait too long, considering that they had just opened for the day. This is the worst Burger King in the area the drive-thru is slow in the workers are rude. The only local Burger King around the decent and better service and faster service is main Street

They mess up my order constantly and instead of taking care of it and apologizing, they will instead tell you you’re wrong and act like they’re doing you a service by fixing it. The guy said he went “above and beyond” when he fixed the sandwiches he screwed up. Employees and managers ALWAYS have a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time here, visit the one in Auburn instead. Brand new opening , new building. This is what i got for over 4.00 it was not at all like sign. This picture is after i tried to toast more at home. Will try again in a few months but i feel no matter how busy you are when people are paying those prices do the meal right at least grill the bread when i opened bread Barely toasted mostly mushy. Also ordered a cheese burger with ketchup only but got one with pickles and the works so order not even correct. They need to do better for a new store need to close until they have a better grip on things. Not good

My sister found a hair in her food and they gave her a refund, and my burger wasn't fully cooked...they only asked if I wanted another burger..yea, NO THANKS!
