I am muslim so got to be little choosy about my veggie food. I was hesitant to eat in fast food in Portugal but BURGER KING staff made it sure that the person who made my veg whooper, washed his hands and used only the utensils meant to be used for veggie items and the best thing was that i was able to see whole procedure. This experience showed me that BURGER KING is really maintaining the qaulity standards along with every member of team is ready and happy to serve customer to the best of their needs... Pretty slow for a fast food restaurant, the gentleman was preparing the food with no gloves in his hand, chowing gum with open on top top of the food and touched his nose several times, I mean, the kitchen is wide open, but such attitudes still are seen, unbelievable! Never going back there at all. The staff should go through training as such things should not be happening with a paying customers food!!! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person €5–10

O serviço de entrega ao domicílio costumava ser bom, porém, só tem tido tendência a piorar . Das últimas 4 ou 5 vezes que tenho mandado entregar em casa , nunca cumprem horários (chego a estar cerca de 40/45 min à espera) e a comida chega sempre fria . Moro a 2 minutos do rio sul, não se justifica tanta demora . Tenho que estar sempre a ligar pra saber do pedido e a resposta é sempre a mesma “o distribuídor deve estar a chegar “. Péssimo serviço. Depois de ter feito o pedido online, 50 minutos à espera da comida em casa. Resido a 4 minutos do BURGER KING - RIO SUL (Seixal) ! A comida chegou via mota, entrega em casa, 50 minutos depois, tudo frio (hamburgers, nuggets, batatas fritas), as bebidas nem ao frigorífico tinham ido. O estafeta ia entregar a comida na casa do lado... surreal ! Tive de me impor. Foi a 1ª experiência e a última. Reclamei para o número que consta para ligarmos, atenderam, pediram desculpa e que iam entregar 1 pedido igual, a tempo. Já passaram 30 horas... e nada de pedido !! 1ª experiência e última. Eu e minha familia adoramos comer no Burguer King. PROBLEMA DO BURGUER KING, em qualquer que eu já fui, almada, seixal, Évora, tomar, castelo branco, albufeira, sevilha, Mérida, badajoz, vários de lisboa, setubal, Portalegre, o atendimento é sempre igual, Lento Lento mas Lento, eu e minha esposa já acreditamos que um dos requisitos para ser funcionário no Burguer king, é ser lento e antipático no trabalho, se for rápido e simpático são corridos pro MacDonalds... mudem a política da lentidão...
