NEVER GO HERE! I ordered a BK MELT and this is what I got!! The onions smell rotten an I waited 30mins In the drive through being the 2nd car and got COLD food And a soda with no ice this place is HORRIBLE and a disgrace to the Bk Food chain. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

I usually go if I have the midnight munchies, it's very convenient that they are open 24/7. Granted the orders do take a bit longer to come out even though I ordered on the app beforehand. But I've been happy with the food so far. The fries are consistently hot and seasoned well. I usually get my order customized a bit and they have been good with that. The ppl here have also been friendly enough even tho English is not their first language. Seem to be doing the best they can for what they are being asked to do. I think other ppl might be expecting too much from a 24/7 location. It more than serves it's purpose. Ordered on the app 10 minutes prior to arriving. Waited another 15 minutes with nobody in front of me. Nobody spoke English. Handed the wrong food several times. I usually go first thing in the morning. They are supposed to open at six thirty a m. But they're not always open. And sometimes. They're not even open at 7:30 AM. So it's difficult for me to go in the morning before work to get breakfast Because it's always a Hit or miss with them. Depending on who the cook is, I may get my burrito wrapped correctly. Or I end up with a sloppy mess so I know it's never anything I can eat in the car because I never know what I'm gonna get. One of the staff is super friendly, very nice, always enjoy seeing him. Amazingly slow drive though service, 20 minutes for 4 cars, not a single car slower than the others, just takes them 5 minutes per order. Would have been faster to get seated at a real restaurant. The reason? Their terrible management appears to have the place staffed with two humans total… they were super polite and apologetic, clearly not their fault
