I came in yesterday 10/12/2023 I ordered a very big meal and waited a long time eventually a lady with pink hair brought my food out to me I was missing a burger when I got home. No sweat I called and she said come tomorrow and I'll write your name down. I came in today 10/13/2023 around 8:28 pm store number 211 the manager who was there the night before wasn't there but the older gentleman who I assume was a Manger was there I also noticed he was there the night before wearing a blue Nike Hoodie I told him I remembered him and all the details of what happened and he gave me the burger which was suppose to be a bacon king and it ended up having one patty and 2 pieces of bacon and one slice of cheese. This was a joke and a waste of time and money all around and a mockery of my family. No excuse. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do yourself a favor and go spend your money somewhere else! I’m aware and understand it’s fast food but a good attitude is not too much to ask for! Clearly this BK doesn’t know how to hire individuals for customer service/ restaurant service. A simple request of changing my drink before I even paid could not be made and the attitude and rudeness of the man taking the order was enough experience to seal the deal on never coming back here ever. DO BETTER BK MANAGEMENT- should not be difficult putting a friendly tone and attitude at the front taking orders! Super gross. Leaving drive thru window open. Garbage and rotting food down the drive thru window and on the ground. Not safe at all. Eat at your own risk. If they can't clean the drive thru they aren't cleaning inside either. edit: contacted BK Corp and let them know about the cleaning. They said they contacted Carrol Corp (franchise) and still the problem remains the same two weeks later. Can't imagine what customers can't see and management reactions. Won't be a BK customer in Battle Creek until they address this. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Be ignored at the front counter. Stuff member was more interested in the girl workers in the drive thru and a cigarette break then he was in doing has job. Employees not very enthusiastic about being there. For their being no other customers in there we waited close to 10 minutes to get food, then to have onion rings cold having to ask for new ones. When we received new ones they were freezer burnt. Lids not stocked. Shake liquidy before food was ready. Ketchup was watered down. The food was nice and hot and fresh but they couldn't roll a wrap to save their life, and in a pinch when need to eat quickly, a large mess caused by them not wrapping it properly is annoying. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First things first, I literally live 2 minutes down the road from this location and every single time, something is wrong. Food is ice cold, burnt or not made correctly. Today I got two iced coffees, one French vanilla and the other mocha. My “mocha” had zero chocolate or mocha flavor in it at all.. it was literally coffee and creamer.. when I took them back in for a refund, they all looked at me like I was the crazy one. Every single employee was either standing around or sitting down talking. Not in uniform, wearing sweatpants. The girl at the drive thru gave me nothing but attitude, and did as well when I went in to return my coffee’s. This location is a JOKE.! The only reason I went there was because Starbucks next door was closed due to internet issues. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I will never ever spend my money at this Burger King again.! Shut this place down or hire an entirely new crew, because nobody knew what they were doing and nobody cares about the quality of the customers food. Thumbs down 👎

The burger king on west Columbia Ave in Battle Creek, is slower than molasses! The only two workers who seem to be doing anything, are Tammy and Alexis. They have what I assume to be a old man as the manager and he's not helping during a rush. He didn't even offer service or concerns about an elderly woman choking. I should know better than to go back to this particular burger king. The one on SW capital, MUCH better!
