I called to make a complaint morning of 2/15/2024 asked to speak with the manager. He was available to get on the phone goes by the name of Ken. I told him my complaint concerning the food being OLD AND COLD. Not freshly made he goes on to go back and forth with me about my food being made fresh. I have to say for Burger King, the food was prepared the best we have ever received from any Burger King ever! What was the downfall? Poor and very rude customer service! The rudest ever from any fast food place in my life. The man got angry when I had to ask him to repeat something. He was rude when I asked if the drinks were correct because we saw one made wrong. He picked the cup up and slammed it on the counter started to fix it then slammed it back down and started over with a new cup. When he handed the food through the drive thru window, he didn't say a word and closed the window immediately. It took 14 mins to get food and only 2 people ahead of me. Ordered bacon on my burger and didn't get any. Chicken wrap loosely wrapped and falling apart when opening wrapper. I know times are hard, and finding good workers also is very hard. That being said, I ordered a chicken sandwich, ended up with a square fish patty on it. I contacted the problem site on the app.... they wouldn't help with out a receipt.
