I had a great day today until I went to this place. One of the staff worker was straight lazy and the overweight manager was worst. Attitude was awful and had excuses for everything. How did this manager even get hired? Like gosh, have BK really lower their standards now? Geez, get it together BK. No wonder why people go to McDonald's. Do better! Worst experience ever at BK! Stood up front n nobody was there to place a order. Finally a customer sitting at the table yelled that there was a customer. The lady by the drive thru was on the phone but then took my order n she was pleasant but I work in customer service n I would think you look to see if you have a customer. Don't have time to run n get lunch n nobody around n have to yell for someone.

I got a chicken jr for my son. He bit it in the parking lot and it was rock cold. I returned to asked for a fresh chicken jr and was made to wait 10 mins. Easy off and back on the interstate. Plenty of parking. My order was taken immediately. The cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh!! They have an active drive-thru. Tables, counters, and floors were clean, as were the restrooms!! The staff was friendly and courteous. It made a great impression. Rude manger refusing to do a refund after i notice one of the young staff over charge my card. I asked for the difference to be refunded but Manger chose to be extremely difficult and stated that the difference is not refundable, so then i asked for a full refund. The manager got angry and rudely demanded my card all while making ignorant side comments. The manager clearly hates herself, making unnecessary scene. For a Burger King and any fast food restaurant this BK was great. Very nice service. Food was hot and actually looked good. Atmosphere was clean and better than any other fast food place around. If your looking for fast food I would come back there again and I hate fast food restaurants... So that is saying something. #ImpossibleWhopper ! Service was fast, the Impossible Whopper was fresh + hot, and it was AWESOME! Thanks BK for a great on-the-go dinner during my road trip!
