Walked in the unlocked front door and was told hastily “drive through only” in a gruff tone. The guy who took my order was short and curt, and told me the price and never said thank you, kiss my a$$ or anything. I guess I should’ve looked at the reviews before going. Terrible customer service and food was not worth the price. What a shame that BK is like this. Large fries? Come on now!

This is one of the worst Burger King restaurants I’ve ever patronized. I picked up a Uber eats order this past Tuesday. Went in the restaurant and was told by David the lobby was closed at 4:00pm, and drive through was the only way to place an order. No type of signage informing customers before wasting their time walking in the restaurant. Okay, that was fine. Drove to the drive through monitor and repeatedly said hello and was meet with silence. I assumed the monitor must be malfunctioning as well, so I drove to the window after sitting at the monitor for 5 mins. The drive through worker Andrea immediately had a horrible attitude. Extremely disrespectful young lady, and not someone I would want representing my business. Talked to the manager David, and he attempted to make excuses for Andrea’s horrible attitude. Saying she was mad about something that happened previously, and they are understaffed. I told him I had no issue with waiting, but employees have to show customers the same respect they want to receive and being mad at something that occurred previously shouldn’t be taken out on customers that patronize the business afterwards. If they show so little regard for customers openly, I can only imagine how they handle customers food in the kitchen. I would definitely never patronize this particular Burger King again. Based off the horrible reviews, management as to be aware of how inefficiently this restaurant operates. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I walked over to this establishment from a hotel next door at 8PM on Sunday 9/24. As I walked into the lobby I was screamed at (twice) by the manager (I assume) that the lobby is closed. I asked him how I was going to order food then. He responds with “I don’t know” and motions to the drive thru. He expected me to stand in line with cars to order food. In short the customer service is nonexistent. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive through and ordered a whopper meal and chicken sandwich meal and was asked to park and wait. I waited 15 min before I finally decided it was too long for a cheeseburger and went inside and it was like pulling teeth to get them to look for my order. I don’t recommend this place for a quick trip. Also the food came out terrible, my chicken sandwich had almost no sauce and was overly hard and had one white pickle on it

We upgraded one of our drinks to an Icee but forgot to clarify that we wanted both upgraded. Apparently, she was annoyed by out mistake that she SPIT IN MY DRINK. I can’t think of any other reason for her to do such a gross thing. The service was already slow, but I was patient and kind. She gave us our food in 30 seconds because the burgers were already done before we ordered. The burgers were cold, but it didn’t bother me much. It was good enough for road trip food. I’m not a difficult customer. I was raised to treat everyone with warmth and respect, so I am not sure why she thought I deserved that. But it’s jarring and disgusting. I won’t stop at this location ever again, because I’m not sure if it’s just her or if it’s ingrained in the culture of this location. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
