If you happen to be near Busted Wrench Garage Museum, you can visit this fast food. Many people visit Burger King to try good bacon and nicely cooked fish. Visitors don't highly appreciate biscuits at this place. This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. As most reviewers state, the atmosphere is pretty. But google users haven't given this fast food a high rating.

PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE! 0-⭐ One of my worst dining experiences ever. Horrible customer service (they just don't care), disgusting food (hair in the chicken sandwich), cold food - all of it. $39 literally in the trash. I went through the drive-thru. The speaker was not working correctly and couldn’t here the employee. I ordered a #1 with cheese no pickles and a lemonade. When I got to the window I explained to the employee what the speaker was doing and that I couldn’t hear anything he was saying. Was handed a small drink and asked to pull up to the edge of the building. Told the employee I asked for a large lemonade and was told they didn’t have any large cups. So I had to ask for a medium, which I thought was standard for a meal. Waited 15 minutes for food. Finally went into the building and was handed my bag. Got home only to discover I had a small fry and the lemonade was actually water. Tried to go to the survey site mybkexperience, but couldn’t do that because apparently there printer is not working correctly either Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to receive a cold breakfast sandwich. I would have returned it but I was already running late for work because of the wait. Oh yeah I was not given any condiments after I asked for them. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru with it not even busy and still got my order wrong no fries and wrong drink. Be careful around afternoon time going here. We were traveling home from Mississippi when we stopped for breakfast. The app wasn't working correctly even though we were in the parking lot. So went in to order. We entered only to find out breakfast had ended while we were sitting in the car trying to order. When asked if they had decaf coffee the person at the register said, "no,we don't have that" , like as if she'd never heard of decaf coffee. At that we just responded "thanks" and left. Feb 16 2024 @11:30 am We arrive at the drive thru to place an order. We first greeted the window person when we arrived to the pick up window before we asked for mayo and ketchup to be added to our bag . Take note, we greeted the worker, she did not greet us or respond , just looked at us like we were at the wrong place. The widow person was a lady who was very obnoxious and rude, she made us feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable as well. She told us that they didn't have any mayo or ketchup ? Believing that the restaurant was out of condiments did not make us upset , but it was the tone of voice and expression she used to get the message to us. "We don't have none a dat" So I thought , who wants to eat a dry sandwich, especially for the price we were charged ? We ordered 2 combo meals so the fries would have plain Jane as well. She cocked her head back, rolled her eyeballs , and slammed the window shut in our face and left us sitting there with a busy line of cars waiting behind us. A few minutes later she returned and we requested our money back. She turned around without saying a word , so another staff person came to the window and asked us What was the issue and we told him exactly what she did. He told us we do have the sauce you asked for. I guess the lady was just too lazy to reach down in the box and get the sauce or she just did not want us to have the sauce. We asked for her name ? At that time the assistant manager or team leader then arrived at the window and we requested the name of the person who was so unprofessional and rude to us. She did not want to provide the name . I guess she knew we would report her rudeness to a superior or call the nain headquarters. It was then that the assistant manager hesitated to tell us and she was shaking her head no . At that time we were not going to leave , when she seen the drive thru line was backed up with people waiting to pick up orders, she told us her name was Angel . I just felt she was telling a tall tale , I could be wrong, but how on Earth can someone who is so ugly and rude be named Angel. Not all customers are stupid, in fact, they are quite smart about if the food order is not right , or they don't get sauce to.compliment the food. Food is very expensive and people want what is suppose to come with it. If you don't want to work then go home because someone else can take your place and do a better job. If you do want to work , then the attitude you had and your nasty actions have to go. You need to get retrained in customer service . Please ask your boss to help you because you definitely need to learn how to treat customers . No where in a work policy does it state that you must like or love any customer, but what is required is that you respect all Customers and treat everyone equally and find a solution to solve problems . Please take this advice because if you choose a job dealing with people , then you must know how to please them, whether you like it or not. If you cannot please a customer then you will never advance in your place of employment. If you work where you hate what you do, please seek something you love somewhere else because you are only hurting the business you work for by running customers or clients away . It drives sales downhill slowly but surely . Pay attention because if you think managers dont pay attention to.you, think twice because they perform evaluations on how you you perform your job duties , your time and attendance , how you treat other staff and customers . I'm sorry but if I was your boss and I seen what you did, you can bet it would have been your last day. Customers are not gonna take what you dish out especially when they are spending money. I'd leave zero stars if it were possible. Customer service was absolutely terrible. We sat in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes, just to get to the intercom with no one manning it. The lady behind the counter was beyond rude. Action should be taken at this location. I'd say dozens of people left angry and without food. The most dysfunctional burger king i've ever been to comma waited excessively long while everybody else after me received their order. This place needs to be shut down and turned into something else
Service was slow but I've come to expect that at most Burger Kings. I will say only 1 employee out of 5 was wearing a mask and the 3 employees preparing food didn't wear a mask. That doesn't concern me so much but I do worried about at risk individuals who goes to the drive-through or get curbside pickup thinking that they are being safe
