Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes tonight and we were the only people in the drive thru. Waited on our food and when they finally brought it out to the car, it looked like my sons burger was half eaten!! I took it back in and one of the girls said “that’s how the broiler do!” Nope, Nope, Nope! We won’t be back! This is the second time we have gone around 7:30 or 8:00 and been the only ones ordering and it has taken no less than 15 mins to get our food. Also, the workers smelled of marijuana bad. Must be smoking on there breaks instead of making the food. The one tonight must of had the munchies and took bites out of our burger instead of just making one for themselves. This is my go-to Burger King. The main appeal is the customer service. All of the employees always seem happy to be working and friendly. The food always comes out in a timely manner. Waited in line for 15 minutes and then when i finally got my food, I got stuck behind other people waiting. I was there for over 20 minutes for two small items. Ridiculous. Never again. And the food at this location was awful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I frequent this Burger King because of the customer service! Employees are very friendly and eager to order your food and get it served to you timely, fresh & hot. They have the best ice cream out of at least five other locations we have visited on the coast. The ice cream is firm, not soft, like almost melting when given me as to other locations or places who serve ice cream cone. This particular store is very clean. The restroom is clean and stocked. The atmosphere is welcoming with temperature inside fitting to the weather outside. We enjoy going here whether we go inside or go thru the drive-thru. We highly recommend everyone to go to this location when ordering to-go food. Awesome place, awesome food, awesome employees! Thursday, at 11:45 a.m. to be precise, Burger 🍔 King 👑 was great! only a few people inside the restaurant with no waiting to place our order . And one female employee was very friendly and helpful: she took photos of us all. The self serve ice machine was empty or not working. When we ordered, no one told us. Then when we ask for ice, they acted as though we were a bother to them. Nothing said just acted disgusted. Why did they not tell people that the ice machine was out and volunteer to fill cups with ice. This is not good customer service. These people suck in customer service. I stopped here to use the bathroom after the circle K gas station bathroom was found to be out of order. So after using their facility I purchased a few items for road snacks. Typical BK experience, the new $3 chicken wraps leave a lot to be desired but that's not depended on this location. I ordered on the app and prepaid a little before pulling in for dine in with my family but the labby was closed and locked at 6pm when we got there they was understaffed and what staff they had didn't know how to manage the orders from what it seemed, they told me to wait in the car until it was done, well 20-30 minutes later I was tempted to ask for a refund until they told me that they was waiting on the last wraps so I waited another 5mins and finally got my order.. the other items was cold by the time the wraps got done.. In total I ordered 4wraps and 3 Burgers for my brother and his kids and me, after I contacted support they did offer me a $10 coupon but I declined and stated I would not ever order BK again after this experience, there was a time where they had a great manager and a Best friend of mine but he passed away a few years back and BK just hasn't been the same ever since Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This burger king did not need to go so hard! It's was so clean, there was a lady wiping down the windows in the rain because she "wanted to see outside". Everyone was really friendly, the bathrooms smelled good! They were spotless! Everyone was doing something, moping, refilling the ice, it blew my mind. Corporate needs to look at this store to see how well it is run! The food was good and organized, everything labeled. The best burger king I have ever been to. Raises! Please!
