We stopped in for a quick bite. Young Lady at register was nice. Used coupon, it was ok. The ice machine completely empty, young gentleman put ice in our cups from the drive through side. Place was spotless and clean and ready for business. Ice machine still was not attended to at the time of this review

My review is for D'Angelo (I asked for his name). It was refreshing to witness someone that loves their job and is great at it. D'Angelo was super kind and just had a great attitude and smile that really makes a person having a not so good day better. The world needs more people like that. He was working the drive-thru, front register and also was taking out the trash and we still felt like his only customers. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this BK. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have! Went inside and ordered and the food wasn't hot or fresh. Everything was cold and nasty. Fries wasn't cooked all the way. Tried to order chicken nuggets and they told us they were cold and wasn't going to cook anymore. Went to restroom and it was very disgusting! Crew wasn't doing nothing but playing around and the place was filthy and no reason to be bec a use they were slow and maybe 2 or 3 customers the whole time we were there. I'll never go back there and I took pics and I'm taking them to the Health Department! It wasn't the day shift it was the evening shift. I was there around 8pm.

Had a good experience today. The gentleman operating the drive through was very pleasant yet he was working both the drive through and counter. It is rare to see such friendly attitudes especially in the fast food business. Hope he knows he’s appreciated. Visit was around lunch on 5/17. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wish there were 0 stars, horrible customer service, the cashier at drive thru is totally out of place, she has no education at all. Her customer service is terrible, she talked to us in such a bad way, I cant believe she has a job in an area where customer service is essential with the bad manners she has. Order a chicken crispy salad during lunch. I had to wait until they supposely made it, I got the salad and starting eating when I went back to work. The lettuce was brown and they supposely only had 1 pack of the type of dressing I like. The salad was not fresh. This is the worst service I have had. I called the store several time to report this and the phone would just ring and go to busy signal.
