Prepaid Online order… no one watching over the to go station. Stood there for a good 10 min. I noticed my food was on the counter, so I got it & walked out. Wings were good. Fries were meh. I ordered 15 mild boneless wings last night with lemon pepper. I placed a to-go order 40 min before I wanted to pick it up and it was still not ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, and my order was messed up. Because it was a to-go order I didn’t realize my order was messed up till I got home. 5 of my wings were barley covered in sauce while the others were not. If I’m getting charged a fee for placing an online order on top of the price of the wings I should at least be receiving my order correctly. This place is the best at any time. I remember the time when I came here, I met Jonny G. The staff were so very friendly and confident. I hope that I can try different things here the next time I come here. The boneless wings are exciting and tasty too. I wonder what the next trend for this place will be next. Service was excellent! 2 servers stayed engaged with our table. Primary server was very accommodating and promptly told manager about a concern we mentioned. The manager took care of the concern right away. The food was fresh and flavorful. Overall excellent experience! We ordered takeout thru Door Dash. When I left my review it was meant for Door Dash but wound up on Buffalo wild wing too. I am a local to Bluffton SC and go to BWW a lot. The food, the service and the restaurant are awesome. That review was for Door Dash alone. First time in the Bluffton place, the service was Amazing everybody was friendly in there and they all had masks and the service proper social distance rules. I highly recommend this place to eat! It’s a family friendly and safe place to eat. There are various activities and distractions to prevent boredom. It’s a good place. There is a beautiful and big bar. There are also an outlet to charge your phone at the booths. They offer various discounts. The air conditioner works good 🥶 so it’s a plus in a hot summer time. I don’t have any complaints and my family all was really happy with the food too. I was happy we the price too 👍🏼 I think the manager and the girl and the guys in there they are all doing a wonderful job more in this pandemic moments, Thank You all 🙏🏻💁🏼‍♀️ I definitely recommend this place. And please keep like this 💪🏻 I’ll definitely be back.

We went here two times when it had just opened and it wasn't that great, but we came back in June and everything was perfect, service was great and wings were not dry, and all our apps were delicious. It was worth another try.

I sat at the bar and watched the titans game. Huge tv’s everywhere! Clean and prompt service! My bartender, Kaylyn, was wonderful as she made sure my old fashion cocktail was made to perfection! The cauliflower Asian zing appetizer was sooo delicious!
