The food was terrible. I ordered buffalo boneless wings and they were honestly terrible. The most sodium I’ve ever gotten from chicken. I wasn’t expecting much from this place even though they have “Wings” in their name. This place has never been good even when I order non wing items. Next time I’ll go to Wings Stop or Wild Wing Cafe if I’m ever in the mood for wings again.

We had 5 people in our party. 1 received their food well ahead of the others. The second received theirs then the other three were delivered after the first two had finished. One table received one of their orders before they even got drinks. Not to mention the chicken tenders were tough annd some of the food was cold. To add to the fun, smoke alarm in the kitchen went off so many times the fire dept showed up. Also do not like the new bench seats.

Definitely NOT worth the money for mediocre food. I should have just air fried my own frozen tenders. They cant even put their dried out over seasoned chicken strips on a piece of lettuce. The ranch isnt homemade, it tastes like walmart brand bottled dressing. Seriously if you have a craving for tenders and want to pick up some food real quick you are better off going to Arby's.

I had a wonderful experience from entry to exit. Mike (general manager) took a few minutes to greet me and ensured that I had a good experience.
The kitchen staff produced awesome food. The wait staff was on point.
I took account of the service and overall experience from the other patrons, and my experience was universal.

Visiting from NYC, it was fun to see all the games. Our server was on point and juggling multiple tables. It was a good all-around.

Wings
My wife and I came here today for lunch and it was ok. We got a nacho appetizer, which was kinda lacking on toppings. My wife got the medium boneless wings and enjoyed them. I ordered the bacon cheese curd burger, the patties were a bit overcooked and bland. But it's definitely not the worst burger I've had before, I did keep in mind that this isn't a burger spot so I wasn't really upset about it. The show stopper was by far the server we had, Mary. She was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very very fast. One of the best customer service experiences I've had here in the Columbus area. I definitely recommend this spot to come drink, eat some wings and have a good time.

I got what can only be described as a frozen grocery store burger patty…. I order the same thing every time I go to BWW my husband’s burger looked normal but mine was just gross it was also smothered in mayo for no reason. I couldn’t even eat it. From a 16$ meal I ate French fries…. The service has always been bad so we ONLY go bc the food is good but not anymore we won’t be back. I do not recommend.

We came here after the lunch rush one Tues. Im assuming that bww is remodeling because it smelled like paint. The wings were fried to perfection. Our waitress was a sweetheart. I'll return once the overwhelming paint smell clears out.
